This side dish is a nice change from plain old corn. The measurements could be increased to feed a crowd at a potluck. I'll give you the measurements for serving 10 people. We just had it as a side dish with the Herbed Chicken and Potatoes from another post.
Here's what you'll need.
2 1/3 cups frozen corn
3 1/2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Place the corn into a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer until corn is cooked, 4-6 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the butter into cubes.
In a bowl, combine the corn, butter and seasonings.
Stir well and serve.

1 cup of water
1/2 cup butter
