Day 155: Scrambled Eggs

Day 155.

This is something that is really easy, but took me a long time to get just right.

Here's what you'll need.

2 eggs
Butter
Milk
Salt and Pepper

Begin by melting about a teaspoon of butter in a small skillet.

Crack the eggs into a bowl.

Give 'em a good whisk.

Add in a splash of milk.

And a little bit of salt and pepper.

Once the pan is nice and hot, pour in the eggs. Start stirring.

Stir constantly, until eggs begin to set.

Transfer to a bowl for serving.
